RED:
If a network is not being found after startup, or no SIM card, or line dropped (disconnected) in session

GREEN LIGHT KEEPS FLASHING:
When 2G network(GPRS/EDGE) is found, but DATA CALL is not active

GREEN:
When DATA CALL is connected to 2G network(GPRS/EDGE)

BLUE LIGHT KEEPS FLASHING:
When 3G network(WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA) is found, but DATA CALL is not active
